1. Overview

This website is operated by Abyssal Coaster ("we", "us", "our"). Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Abyssal Coaster. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including any additional terms and policies referenced herein and available by hyperlink.

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website. If you do not agree to all the terms of this agreement, you may not access the website or use any services.

2. Eligibility

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country, state, or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given us consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

3. Products

All products are handmade. Because each coaster is individually made, slight variations in colour, finish, size, and pattern are normal and are not considered defects. Product images are for illustration; the item you receive may differ slightly in appearance.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer and to discontinue any product at any time. We have made every effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any colour will be accurate.

All descriptions and pricing of products are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including if there has been an error in pricing or product information.

Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method.

5. International Orders, Customs and Import Duties

We ship to the United Kingdom, Ireland, the United States, Canada, and Australia.

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, you (the customer) are the importer of record and are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, or handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are collected by the carrier or local authorities, not by us. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

If you refuse a parcel because of import charges, any return shipping costs and unrecoverable fees may be deducted from your refund.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they depend on the carrier and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve it.

7. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

UK and Ireland (consumer cancellation rights)

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU/Ireland, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) and equivalent EU consumer law. To cancel, contact us at customer.support907@gmail.com within that period. You must return the goods within 14 days of telling us, in their original condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

All customers (faulty or incorrect items)

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including any return postage where applicable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Conditions

Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify for a non-faulty return. We do not accept returns on custom or personalised items unless they are faulty.

Your statutory consumer rights under the law of your country of residence (including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, Australian Consumer Law, and applicable US state and Canadian consumer protection law) are not affected by anything in these Terms.

8. Accuracy of Information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

9. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content: for any unlawful purpose; to solicit others to perform unlawful acts; to infringe upon our or others' intellectual property rights; to harass, abuse, or discriminate; to submit false information; to upload viruses or malicious code; to collect or track the personal information of others; to spam or scrape; or to interfere with the security features of the site. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any of these.
