Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as they depend on the carrier and the destination country. Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the postal carrier, and we cannot control delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, you (the customer) are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, or handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are collected by the carrier or local authorities, not by us. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
If a parcel is refused because of import charges, any return shipping costs and unrecoverable fees may be deducted from your refund.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, please contact us at customer.support907@gmail.com and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve it.
